Customer Success Specialist (Spanish speaker)

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist, who will help our customers to maximize the value they get from Solargis services. The successful candidate should either work from Bratislava or from another location in the European Union.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a trusted advisor and primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts, primarily from the Spanish-speaking countries
• Propose the best technical and commercial package of meteorological data and software services and consultancy
• Understand the customer’s business and technical needs to ensure they are receiving full value from Solargis services
• Ensure customer satisfaction by reporting issues and feedback to product owners and customer support team, and following up until the issues are resolved
• Support the development of onboarding and training resources such as videos and documentation to drive product adoption and promote best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve the collection of customer feedback and community engagement of Solargis users
• Support with optimization and automation of company-wide processes for subscription renewals
• Leverage data to identify causes for customer churn and work towards resolving those issues. 

REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent English and Spanish language
• Curious, self-motivated & eager to learn
• Find creative problem solving fulfilling & challenging
• Passionate about working with customers and finding solutions that make their goals possible
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time, multiple tasks, and deadlines effectively
• Prior work experience in the solar energy industry, B2B SaaS, or technical sales, is an advantage
• Citizenship, or permanent residence and work permit in the European Union

Your personal data will not be provided or made available to any third party.

Purposes and legal basis for the processing:

We will process and use your personal data only in connection with the processing of your application for employment in our company. Based on the data provided, we will decide on your suitability for the job. The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the adoption of steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (pre-contractual relations) under Art. 6 (1) letter b) of the GDPR. In case your application is successful, the data you have provided can be used during the course of your employment relationship. The legal basis of such processing is the performance of the employment contract under Art. 6 (1) letter b) of the GDPR.

Storage period:

If we cannot offer you employment with our company, we will delete the data you have provided during the application process.

In case you would like your application to be considered also for future vacancies, you have the possibility to grant the consent with the retention of your personal data for the period of two (2) years. If you consent to this, we will contact you if you have the necessary qualifications for another position that is to be occupied during this period. You can revoke the consent at any time by sending an email to jobs@solargis.com. In case of revocation, we will immediately stop processing the respective personal data and delete them, unless there is another legal basis for their further processing. However, any processing performed before the revocation of your consent will remain lawful.

Rights of data subject:

In connection with the processing of your data you have the rights of data subject under Art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR, namely:

• the right of access to personal data (providing a copy of personal data) and the right to information on the terms of processing of personal data within the scope of the Art. 15 of GDPR;
• the right to request the rectification and completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• the right to erasure the personal data for the reasons set out in the Art. 17 of GDPR,
• the right to restrict the processing of personal data in the cases provided for in the Art. 18 of GDPR,
• the right to transfer the personal data to another controller.
