Simulation methodology for floating PV systems

Current implementation of energy simulation for floating PV systems is based on research articles about floating solar.

First article analyses temperature model of PV modules in existing installations:

In Prospect app, we are using definition of some kind of "general" floating system with some basic settings and properties. Thus results of calculation should be handled only as preliminary estimation because there are existing several types of floating system constructions (usually specifically selected according to local conditions) and we are not considering all of them. Later, when more research/knowledge/installations/data/validations will be available, we plan to introduce more specific types of systems.
