Forecasts based on Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) models

- For regions shown in violet colour, forecasts from the IFS model (from ECMWF, UK) are used as the primary input.
- For the rest of the world (in white colour) lower resolution global forecasting data from GFS model (NOAA, USA) is used.
Coverage of the violet region, for which IFS forecasts are used, can be extended upon request.
