ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Human Resources to lead both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. This is a senior leadership role with real influence over how we grow, develop, and retain our global team.
You will report directly to the CEO and COO, work closely with the leadership team, and lead a small but capable HR & Office team, with the mandate to evolve the HR function to match our international ambitions.
This can be your first Head of HR role. We explicitly welcome strong HR Managers who have owned an HR function end-to-end and are ready to step up into leadership. If you have been the #1 or #2 HR person in a growing company and want to build a function under your own name, this role is designed for you.
This role is built around people, not just processes. We expect our Head of HR to spend a substantial part of their time directly with employees — knowing our middle managers individually, understanding their strengths and gaps, and actively developing them on behalf of the leadership team. If your natural habitat is dashboards and frameworks rather than conversations, this role will not make you happy.

If this sounds energizing rather than limiting, we would genuinely like to meet you.
